It is for this reason that our Human Ressources department follows the evolution of the knowledge of our employees throughout their career in the company and offers them targeted training actions to ensure a rise in skills.
In the same way, we regularly organize working groups in order to share experiences and the results of these working groups are communicated to all employees in order to participate in the knowledge mastery.
